Delta Medical Monitoring is an intraoperative neuromonitoring company based in Matawan, New Jersey, built by people who have spent their careers at the bedside in the OR.
Our story
We started Delta because surgeons deserved better than a rotating cast.
Too often, IONM is treated as a commodity: a different technologist every week, a physician no one has met, and a report that shows up days later.
Delta was founded to do the opposite. We keep teams small and consistent so the technologist in your room knows how you operate. We pair every case with an interpreting physician in real time. And we treat each case as if the patient were our own family, because that is the standard we would want.
Together our team brings more than 40 years of combined experience across spine, brain, ENT, vascular and peripheral nerve surgery.

Krishna founded Delta Medical Monitoring to raise the standard of neuromonitoring in New Jersey. He combines hands-on OR experience with clinical research in nerve mapping for robotic surgery and AI-assisted monitoring.
