Intraoperative Neuromonitoring
Every nerve. Every second.
Delta Medical Monitoring watches the nervous system while your surgeon works. A CNIM-certified technologist in the room and an interpreting physician on the line catch changes early, while there's still time to act.
Surgery changes the nervous system minute by minute. We make sure someone is watching every one of those minutes, and tells the surgeon the moment a signal moves.
Procedures
Monitoring for every case on your schedule.
From a one-level fusion to a skull base tumor, we bring the right modalities, the right montage and a technologist who has done it before.
Spine & Orthopedic
Cervical, thoracic and lumbar decompression and fusion, deformity and scoliosis correction, odontoid fixation.
Neuro & Skull Base
Tumor resection, aneurysm clipping, AVMs, microvascular decompression and functional mapping.
ENT · Head & Neck
Thyroid and parathyroid, parotid, acoustic neuroma, cochlear implant and radical neck dissection.
Vascular & Interventional
Carotid endarterectomy, aneurysm and AVM embolization, angioplasty and stenting, thoracoabdominal repair.
Peripheral Nerve
Brachial plexus exploration, nerve repair and transfer, tumor excision, hip and shoulder procedures.
Something else?
If there's a nerve, spinal cord or brain pathway at risk, we can usually monitor it. Tell us about the case.
How a case runs
From request to report.
The same five steps on every case, so your OR team always knows what happens next.
Request
Your office submits the case online or by phone. We confirm coverage and assign your technologist.
Plan
We review the procedure, history and your preferences, then set modalities and alert criteria before the day of surgery.
Baselines
Electrodes go on after induction. We record baselines and coordinate the anesthetic plan with your anesthesia team.
Monitor
Continuous recording with an interpreting physician connected. Significant changes go to the surgeon immediately.
Report
A complete record of the case, the changes and the interventions, ready for the chart.
Why Delta
Built like the OR team we'd want for our own families.
Experience
Years of combined experience across spine, brain, vascular, ENT and peripheral nerve surgery. Your case has been done by our team many times before.
People
The same faces in your room.
We keep a small, consistent group of technologists on each surgeon's cases. They learn your workflow, your positioning and your alert preferences, and stop needing to ask.
Oversight
Two sets of eyes.
A CNIM technologist at the bedside and a physician reading in real time on every case.
Scope
Every modality.
SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, EEG, BAEP, VEP, D-wave, cortical mapping and more, matched to the procedure.
Research
Ahead of the field.
Our founder leads clinical research in pelvic nerve mapping and AI-assisted neuromonitoring.

What your technologist is watching.
Each channel answers a question about a specific pathway. When an amplitude drops or a latency stretches past the alert criteria, the surgeon hears about it right away, along with what we think is causing it.
- Alert criteria agreed with the surgeon before incision
- Anesthesia coordinated for clean motor and sensory signals
- Every change and every intervention time-stamped in the record
Founder-led
Founded by a neurophysiologist who still works the cases.
Krishna Patel, CNIM, built Delta around one idea: the person running your monitoring should be as invested in the outcome as you are. He also leads clinical research in nerve mapping for robotic surgery and AI-assisted monitoring.
