Services
Every procedure. Every pathway.
We provide comprehensive neurophysiological monitoring for the central and peripheral nervous system, matched to the procedure and to the way you operate.

Modalities
The full toolkit, on every case.
We provide every type of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring modality, and select the combination each procedure needs.
Transcranial Motor Evoked Potentials
Tests the corticospinal tract from cortex to muscle. The primary safeguard for motor function in spine and cranial surgery.
Somatosensory Evoked Potentials
Upper and lower limb sensory pathways through the dorsal columns. Also flags positioning and perfusion problems.
Auditory Evoked Potentials
Brainstem auditory responses, waves I through V, for posterior fossa, acoustic neuroma and MVD cases.
Visual Evoked Potentials
Optic pathway monitoring for sellar, parasellar and orbital surgery.
Dermatomal Sensory Evoked Potentials
Nerve-root level sensory testing during decompression.
EEG & Computer-Enhanced EEG
Cortical function and perfusion during carotid, aneurysm and cardiac-adjacent procedures, with processed trends.
Spinal Cord Evoked Potentials
Direct epidural recording of corticospinal volleys for intramedullary and high-risk cord surgery.
Cortical Mapping
Phase reversal and direct cortical stimulation to locate the motor cortex and central sulcus.
Nerve Action Potentials
Direct recordings across a nerve segment to judge whether an injured nerve is conducting before repair.
Electromyography
Continuous free-run EMG for nerve root and cranial nerve irritation.
Pedicle Screw Stimulation
Triggered EMG thresholds to check screw placement and breach risk at every level.
Train-of-Four
Neuromuscular blockade measurement so motor and EMG results can be trusted.
