Background

From the bedside to the research bench, and back.

Krishna is a Certified Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring (CNIM) technologist who founded Delta Medical Monitoring to give surgeons a monitoring partner that is as invested in the outcome as they are.

Alongside Delta, he serves as Clinical Product Manager at Neurovascular Research and Design (NVRD). There he leads clinical product development and the clinical team, and oversees how data and AI are used in next-generation intraoperative monitoring technology.

His research focuses on a gap in the field: protecting the small autonomic and pelvic nerves that matter most to patients' quality of life after robotic prostatectomy and pelvic surgery. That work comes straight back into Delta's operating rooms.
